Kranjska Gora, situated on the border between Slovenia, Austria and Italy, is one of the tourist pearls of Slovenia. At 809 metres up in the Julian Alps, it offers a lot of fun and sporting activities all year round. We are situated on the outskirts of Kranjska Gora, amid the snow-white peaks of the mountains which soar upwards into the blue sky, and where the serpentine mountain road slowly winds its way up towards the peak of Vršic. The villa is surrounded by pure nature with fresh mountain air, and close by is the murmuring of the crystal-clear stream, the Pišnica. |

Alternatively, you can take it easy in our extended indoor pool area, sauna and fitness centre. Our new winter garden has a beautiful view of Lake Jasna where you can pass the time with a hot drink and breathe in the fresh, clean mountain air. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
