Offering beautiful self-catering properties on Headford Road, within walking distance of Galway City Center, Gort Na Coiribe is a suburban development of Apartments and Townhouses opposite Galway shopping centre. Each residence is tastefully furnished and fully-equipped to meet your needs giving you a home from home. There is a convenience store located to the rear of the reception block a short walk away. The development also offers an on-site laundrette. Tokens for the laundrette can be purchased at the reception area. |

Payment information: The property will require an additional security deposit payment on arrival. They will contact you in advance to ask if you would prefer a pre-authorisation on your credit card for the security deposit rather than paying in cash on arrival. Any credit cards given as a guarantee will be pre-authorised but will not be charged unless issues arise during your stay. Any security deposits paid by cash or cheque will be refunded within 10 days after you have vacated the property, provided that the property is left in good condition. Check-in is only between 16:00 and 18:00. If you cannot arrive between these times, please contact Antonio Zandi (caretaker) to make alternative arrangements. On arrival at the complex, you must not go to the reception as our units are private let. Instead, you should call Antonio, who will meet you on-site and give you the keys and welcome pack. |

We will charge your credit card in full for the total cost of your holiday on receipt of your booking. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply: 1. More than 42 Days prior to arrival - 10% cancellation fee will be charged & the balance will be refunded in full to your credit card (90% of total cost). 2. 22 to 42 days prior to arrival- 60% cancellation fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded in full to your credit card (40% of total cost). 3. 8 - 21 days prior to arrival - 75% cancellation fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded in full to your credit card (25% of total cost). 4. Less than 8 days prior to arrival or non arrival - 100% cancellation fee will be charged and you will not be entitled to any refund. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
