Payment Information: The remaining balance of your booking is requested one month before the date of arrival. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning is requested at the hotel. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel at an additional charge. Opening hours : Monday to Friday and Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 For Stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen is included in the room rate (except July and August). |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
