The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Thursday. It is open for lunch only at Fridays. It is closed on weekends and public holidays. It will also be closed from 8 August to 1 September 2008. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends and public holidays. |

The Comfort Hotel Istres is located in the heart of the Provence region, less than an hour from Marseille and the Calanques. A calanque is a geologic formation in the form of a deep valley with steep sides, typically of limestone, and in part submerged by the sea.
