The residence boasts a privileged location in the heart of the city, near numerous shops, restaurants, nightclubs, a supermarket and a casino. It welcomes you in a heavenly setting opposite the sea and the beautiful sandy beaches of the French Riviera. This elegant and modern 4-storey residence has been completely refurbished. The fully-equipped apartments feature well-appointed kitchen areas and Wi-Fi Internet. Bed and bath linens are provided on arrival and included in the room rates. They are cleaned every day on request except at Sundays. All front facing studios and apartments, and apartments at the back overlook the sea and you benefit from a great view from your balcony. |

If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please contact the hotel prior to your arrival. The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of the check-in. There is no refund for early departure. An extra charge for cleaning service is applicable if you check out on a Sunday. |

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
