This totally refurbished residence is situated in the heart of Juan Les Pins, facing the sea and some of the nicest beaches in the area. France Résidence Hôtelière has 4 floors and one lift and you will find in the close vicinity numerous and various shops, a supermarket, restaurants, nightclubs, and a casino within a 2-minute walk. Linen for beds and bathrooms is provided and the apartments are cleaned every day on request except at Sundays. If you leave on a Sunday you will be charged EUR 45 for studios, and EUR 60 for 2-room apartments for cleaning service. |

The fully-equipped apartments feature well-appointed kitchen areas and Wi-Fi Internet. Bed and bath linens are provided on arrival and included in the room rates. They are cleaned every day on request except at Sundays. All front facing studios and apartments, and apartments at the back overlook the sea and you benefit from a great view from your balcony. |

If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please contact the hotel directly. The full amount of the stay has to be paid at the time of the check-in, according to the online reservation terms. There is no refund in case of early departure. For special conditions and non refundable, the deposit of 25 percent of the total amount must be 1 night minimum. American Express cards are not accepted. Thank you to note that any person leaving on Sunday will be charged at the hotel for the household. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
