Places to visit: - Municipal Seaplane Museum: the history of seaplanes from all over the world, from their early beginnings to the present day (archives, items that have come down from manufacturers and pilots, models, pictures, engines, etc.) in Biscarosse Bourg. -The Museum of Biscarrosse Traditions and History offers activities including boat rides. • The surrounding area Places to visit: Pyla Dune (20 km): Europes highest sand dune, more than 110 m above sea level, offering a 360° view of the Arcachon basin from the top. The Bordeaux vineyards: 1 hour drive away: Médoc, Sauternes Graves, St Emilion, etc. Biscarrosse is right next door to some of the worlds greatest wines. Landes de Gascogne Natural Regional Park: a protected habitat for wildlife and plants. BY ROAD Paris (650 km) – Bordeaux (73 km) – Toulouse (300 km). • From Paris or Bordeaux: A10 motorway to Bordeaux. Exit at Lormont, then take the N230 going to Bayonne, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Cenon until you reach Bordeaux. Then take the A630 going to Toulouse, Arcachon and Bayonne, until you reach Pessac. Follow the A63 to Arcachon, Mont-de-Marsan, Bayonne, St Sébastien, Canéjan and Cestas until you reach Lacanau-de-Mios. Exit at Bassin d’Arcachon and continue on the N250 towards Sanguinet, Biscarrosse. When you reach a large roundabout, follow the signs to the lake (Lac). Continue on the Route des Lacs for 4 km. Turn left onto the Avenue du Golf, drive 910 metres and continue on the Avenue de Gascogne. BY TRAIN ARCACHON RAILWAY STATION (40 km). • Transfer by taxi. The 4 small buildings are pleasantly laid out around a golf course. The residence has typical features of the Basque country, with half timbering and coloured woodwork. The apartments have terraces and balconies offering an attractive open view of the swimming pool and green. The ground floor apartments open out onto landscaped gardens. Unwind in the swimming pool with solarium, use the deckchairs and umbrellas (subject to availability), the childrens paddling pool and play area. |

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays and from 09:00 to 12:00 on Wednesdays. The reception is closed in April and October. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.67 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available.
