From 15 November 2008 to 4 April 2009 the residence reception is open: - Sunday to Friday, from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. - Saturday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. It is closed on Wednesdays. From 4 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open: - Sunday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. - Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. - Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
