The residence features large (30m²) and small (20m²) studio apartments that were designed to provide guests with a comfortable living space. They are furnished and well equipped with modern en suite facilities including a refrigerator and internet access. There is also a fitness room and a secure, closed car park. It is also close to the tram line 1 and bus lines that offer direct access to the city centre and the motorway from Paris (exit 40). |

The residence is open from: - 08:00 to 12:45 and 16:30 to 19:45 Monday to Thursday. - 08:00 to 12:45 and 16:30 to 18:30 on Fridays. - 09:00 to 12:15 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence in order to obtain the access code. Please note that there is an additional charge for electricity for weekly stays. This charge is to be paid at the time of check-out. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
