The reception is open: - Monday to Friday: from 08:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to19:30. - Saturdays: from 08:45 to 12:45. It is closed on Sundays. Please note that there is an additional charge for electricity for weekly stays. This charge is to be paid at the time of check-out. If you are planning on arriving after these opening hours, please contact the residence in order to obtain the access code. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 9.00 per person. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
