Payment Information: Check-in at our hostel groups Main Reception Office: Block A, 3rd Floor, Chung King Mansion, 36-44 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Please print out your booking confirmation sheet and check-in with your name. We will have your name and confirmation number on a list of paper. When we have verified your name and number, you need to pay the entire cost of your stay. Then you will easy to check-in and get in your room. You are advised to retain your booking information upon arrival in Hong Kong and present it only to staff members at the above address. Please be aware of fraudulent staff members on the street and be careful not to supply them with any money or booking details. Please call the hotel immediately to confirm your arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, before you collect your luggage, and you will be directed to the easiest route to the hotel. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged HKD 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: Tax is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs HKD 300.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
