**Special cancellation policy: Once the reservation includes December 31st, the cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to arrival (Dec. 17). On Dec. 17th bookings for Dec. 31st will be charged in full and are non-refundable. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Dogs and cats 25 lbs. or less are welcome without extra charges, a maximum of 2 to a room. Guests are responsible for any damages and are required to have portable kennels. Pets should not be left unattended in rooms and are not permitted in Bar 41 restaurant and lounge.
