The credit card used for guarantee will be charged upon arrival by the main office and not the front desk. **NO credit card changes can be made at the front desk. For check-in please go to the desk and ask for the Crystal Quarters welcome package. Special requests must be placed in advance to the main office. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.25 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
