The resort maintains a heated pool, undercover parking, beachfront living and a Florida lifestyle throughout the building. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 85.00 will be charged. If cancelled later, a fixed amount of USD 245.00 will be charged. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of USD 245 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
