Upon check-in photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Cleaning fee and security deposit will be billed at the time of booking. The security deposit is refundable, unless any damages are found, within 10 days of your departure. Guests must contact the owner by email or telephone at within 3 days prior to arrival as there is no front desk on-site and check-in instructions must be emailed. All payments are due 30 days prior to arrival. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % Tax is not included. USD 100.00 service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 8.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
