Cancellation Policy Special event dates and group bookings require a two-week notification. All cancellations made without proper notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s stay plus applicable taxes. **When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply** You must present photo identification and credit card at time of check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may include additional charges. Should you need to check-out prior to your original departure date, a fee of one night’s stay plus applicable taxes will be added to your final bill. Pet Policy The hotel is a pet-friendly and ask that owners strictly follow our policies to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. There is no size limit for animals, but as the owner you are responsible for your pet and any problems that occur. If your pet’s behaviour compromises the comfort of other guests, you will be financially responsible for any lost revenue the hotel experiences due to guest complaints which negatively impact the hotel’s image. Upon arrival, you must provide a phone number where you can be reached in case they need to contact you regarding your pet. If you plan on leaving your pet unattended at any time during your stay, you must take precautions to secure them in a travel carrier or kennel. Prior to your stay, all pets must be on flea and heart worm prevention. Please be aware that a minimum fee of $150 will be added to your final bill if there is any damage to hotel property. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
