There are two large grocery stores nearby. 5th Avenue has a restaurant row with excellent dining, pubs, gifts shops, and boutiques. It is 10-15 minutes to 7th Avenue, the main commercial avenue of Park Slope. Nearby you can enjoy the Brooklyn Museum, BAM, and when weather permits the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and Prospect Park. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged USD 40.00 per night when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 13.375 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
