Opening Hours: Please note that the Residence is open from 7:30am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday. On Saturday, it is open from 9:00am to 11:00am and from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Caution! The Reception is closed on Sundays and on bank holidays. Late Arrivals: If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code. Housekeeping: Please note that the rooms are cleaned once a week. Breakfast: Please note that no breakfast will be served on Sunday morning and bank holidays. Internet Access: Please note that the LAN Cable can be rented for free from the reception desk with a 10-Euro deposit. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
