Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets. End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving. Residence Aryana is located in Six Fours les Plages, a charming little seaside resort in Provence with 18 kilometres of coastline, fine sandy beaches, marinas and protected forests. The residential complex is composed of 2 and 4-storey buildings situated 350 metres from the beach and 1.5 kilometres from the centre of the town. The apartments range from studio cabine apartments for 4 people to the 2-room cabine apartment for up to 6 people. All of these spacious apartments are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate). Guests will enjoy an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from April through September), a paddling pool, and a free outdoor car park. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
