Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets. End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving. At the foot of the Esterel Massif, less than 500 metres from the beach and just 3 kilometres from the city centre of Saint-Raphaël is the Residence Les Mimosas. The residence is situated between Cannes and Saint Tropez in a 3-hectare park planted with maritime pine trees, mimosas, oak trees and palm trees. This authentic residence features studios, 2-room apartments and 3/4-room apartments. All of these spacious apartments feature a terrace and are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate). Guests will enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, sports facilities, boulodrome, sauna and hammam. There is also an outdoor car park (with a limited number of spaces) and a laundrette (at an additional charge). Les Mimosas also features a children’s club for children between 4 and 11 years age. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age and adults is also available during the day. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
