At the foot of the Esterel Massif and less than 500 metres from the beach, the residence is situated 3 km from the city centre. Set in a 3-hectare park planted with maritime pine trees, mimosas, oak trees and palm trees, Les Mimosas features 170 apartments, extended by a terrace and divided up into small groups. The outdoor non-heated swimming pool, sports facilities, boulodrome, sauna, hammam, bubbling baths are available at an additional cost. The laundry service is also at an additional cost. |
