This residence is situated on the sandy stretch of beach, Plage Valentin, and just 1.5km from le Croisic and from the centre of Batz sur Mer. Residence Valentin Plage offers studio apartments for 2 to 4 people. All of the apartments are fully-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate). The residence also features an outdoor heated swimming pool, a launderette (with charge) and a free outdoor car park. It also has all the leisure activities of a seaside resort such as a sailing school, windsurfing, cruises and fishing. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
