Quality levels of villas: Superior: All homes are at the highest end of the vacation home market. Most are under 3 years in age and are situated in or very close to the best golf courses in Florida. All homes are privately owned and as such are all individually decorated to a high standard. Premium: All premium homes have the same basic charm and characteristics of a standard property but with an extra twist. They will have view of either fairways lakes or conservation areas. They may have views of fairways or lakes or conservation areas or have other additional extras such as a spa or games room. Villas range in size from a 3 bedroom 1,300 square feet to a huge 7 bedroom villa 3,000 square feet. |

Fairways vacation villas are all situated in the new and sought after communities in the Disney Orlando area. Condos and townhouses provide luxury accommodation in resort style communities. Each home comes complete with fully equipped kitchens and spacious bedrooms and family areas. All are close to the community pools and other on-site facilities. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years are charged USD 40.00 per stay for cots. All older children or adults are charged USD 45.00 per stay for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % Tax is not included. USD 40.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
