Herbert T. Hayashi, the visionary owner of the Pagoda Hotel complex, was inspired by a keen appreciation of nature when he developed the hotel and the dramatic koi fishpond that gracefully winds around the famous Pagoda Floating Restaurant and Japanese garden. Koi, the famed Japanese ornamental carp and cousin of the common goldfish, is a freshwater fish that has been treasured for centuries as a symbol of good luck, courage and longevity. Records of the carp date back about 2,500 years. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
