Payment is due upon arrival, not at the time of departure. The reception is open for arrivals on Saturdays from 17:00. The departure time is prior to 10:00 on Saturdays. Not included : Final cleaning to be done by the guest or upon request at an extra cost (depending on the apartment size). Arrivals and departures only allowed on Saturdays during High season : 13 June 2009 to 31 August 2009. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
