Each apartment features: - A living room with a sofa or several arm chairs, coffee table, a TV and home audio system. - A dining area with a table and chairs. - A bedroom or a sleeping area in the living room (sofa-bed). - And a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, electric hobs, pot and pans, cutlery, a coffee maker and a kettle. Security deposit: For all studio apartments, a EUR 300 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in. For all other apartments, a EUR 500 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked. If you plan to arrive after 19:00 on a Saturday or a Sunday, please contact the hotel directly regarding late check-in procedure. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
