One of the Chelsea’s signature restaurants, and the focal point of the hotel’s social scene and destination, the 5th Floor, Chelsea Prime offers a fresh take on a steakhouse in a setting evocative of a 1940s supper club with indoor and outdoor seating, and a cocktail lounge with a curvilinear bar and entertainment in the form of a suitably timeless white grand piano. Chelsea Prime is decorated with classic black and white photographs of 1940s Atlantic City and features elevated Hollywood-style booths and sweeping ocean views, adding a touch of grandeur to every meal. With a tantalizing menu of prime steaks, fresh seafood, innovative side dishes and classic martinis, Chelsea Prime is the consummate boutique steakhouse. Teplitzkys is named for the hotel’s original proprietors, this signature restaurant serves diner-inspired food in a fun, classic setting that also houses a hideaway cocktail lounge and coffee shop that is brought to life with original terrazzo floors, redwood walls, and cantilevered stools.
