We are in the middle of the banking and shopping quarter in direct neighborhood to the Frankfurt fair grounds (0.4 km). All cultural sightseeings are only a few minutes walking distance as the Hotel Topas is located downtown. We are also around the corner from the main train station, so that the International Airport of Frankfurt Rhein – Main is comfortably reached by train in 12 Minutes. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Groups: When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
