The Ibis prides itself on consistently high service standards. Small problems which the hotel may have been responsible for and which have not been directly caused by the guest are solved by the hotel team within 15 minutes. If they are not successful, the service is free. All rooms were renovated in February 2009. All conference facilities and public WCs were renovated at the end of 2008. |
