Casern-Casino-Hotel Situated in a residential area, the ABC Hotel is part of a building, which looks back onto an interesting history. The Jägerkaserne was built before WW1 influenced by the architecture of the Karlsruher palace. Next to this building another impressing Kaserne was raised, that now invites you with great hospitality. Following WW2 Konstanz was taken by french soldiers and the Jägerkaserne was used by them for more than 3 decades. Thanks to its exposed position these former barracks became an officers casino. When the occupying force left a major transformation started and the former casern became a hotel. Midst the residential area, close to the city centre und equipped with parkings the ABC Hotel offers perfect connections to public services, shopping, relaxation and entertainment. |

Not the usual hotel room: Each of the 29 rooms has the amenities, spaciousness and comfort of a whole apartment. Coming from Stuttgart: A81 Singen to B33 Radolfzell/Konstanz until Autobahn end, direction to Konstanz/Schweiz, Centrum/City. After City-Sign Konstanz approx. 1 km to the 1st round about. Take the first exit in the roundabout, direction Meersburg, Mainau. After MEDIA MARKT und Moshe use the left lane up to the traffic light, after the traffic light make a left turn. (Petershauser Straße). After the railway crossing (Jahnstraße) use 2nd street left (Steinstraße). The Hotel is about 50m further at the left hand side. Coming from Ulm/Meersburg: Take the car ferry to Konstanz. Direction to Centrum/City Konstanz up to junction: P Zähringerplatz. Turn right (Allmansdorfer Straße). At junction Zähringerplatz go straight (Jahnstraße). 1st street turn right (Steinstraße). The Hotel is about 50m further at the left hand side. Coming from Switzerland, Chur/St. Gallen: After Check Point: Direction to Singen Use the old bridge and take the left lane, also turn left after the bridge (Spanierstr.). After the 2nd traffic light turn right to (Petershauser Str.) After the railway crossing (Jahnstraße) 2nd street left (Steinstraße). The Hotel is about 50m further at the left hand side. Coming from Switzerland, Zürich Autobahn A1/A7: After Check Point: Direction to Singen, after the new Autobahn bridge take the 3rd exit in the round about, direction to Meersburg, Mainau. (Reichenaustr.) After MEDIA MARKT and Moshe take the left lane up to the traffic light, after the traffic light turn left. (Petershauser Straße). By Train, Railwaystation Petershausen: Only local trains are stopping at this station. Please ask on the train. By foot its only a 5 minute walk to the ABC Hotel. Railwaystation Konstanz Main Station: We recommend to take a Taxi, app. 7,- Euro or Use the City-Busses: every 5 minutes from the railwaystation Konstanz to the busstation Zähringerplatz (3rd station) Bus No. : 2 - 3 - 4 - 9a - 9b - 12 - 13 - 14 Follow the opposite street Steinstraße app. 250 meter, the Hotel is on the left hand side.
