All of our rooms may be accessed by lift. They are individually furnished and feature works by international artists. The rooms are comfortably equipped and most include windows which face the courtyard, so that even noise-sensitive guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in Berlin. Two floors are reserved for non-smokers. |

A natural foods café can be found on the ground floor, and this is also open to the general public. Within an elegant, cosy atmosphere we offer food and beverage from controlled organic farms. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
