The hotel and hostel Am Olivaer Platz is situated in the heart of Berlins lively city centre, in the western part of the city, just two minutes from the famous boulevard “Kurfuerstendamm”. Our hotel provides an ideal starting point to discover the capital with its museums and theatres, or the surrounding regions, e.g. the Royal residence Potsdam. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
