The rooms in our design hotel are distributed over 4 floors and are up to 35m² in size. Their functionality, warm atmosphere and modern technology are sure to fulfil even the highest demands of business travellers, private guests, groups and trade fair visitors. The 35 spacious rooms in our guesthouse also occupy 4 floors and are up to 30m² in size. Some rooms are fitted with a balcony. The modern blue, orange, yellow and green hues provide a cheerful atmosphere. |

On weekdays, we serve a comprehensive breakfast buffet between 07:00am and 10:30am. On weekends and on bank holidays, breakfast is served between 07:30am and 11:00am. Our Cafa© Bar which is located opposite the guesthouse is open since April 2007. |

Arriving from Karlsruhe: - Take the motorway exit Freiburg-Nord, and continue in the direction of the city centre (Stadmitte) and the Victory Monument (Siegesdenkmal) Arriving from Basel: - Take the motorway exit Freiburg-Mitte, and continue in the direction of the city centre via Werder-Rotteck-Ring and Leopoldring, until you reach Karlstraße Arriving from Titisee-Neustadt: - Approach via the Schloßberg-Ring until you reach Karlstraße From the main railway station: - Take tram number 1, 2 or 5 as far as stop Bertoldsbrunnen, and from here change to line 2 until you reach the station Siegesdenkmal Private parking is available at the hotel at a cost of EUR 8 per day, while public parking spaces are available at a cost of EUR 7.50 per day. A multi-storey car park can be found approximately 100 metres away. |

Our hotel is of 4-star standard, while our guesthouse has been awarded 3 stars. Parking: private parking lots are available for surcharge and with prior reservation in our underground car parl. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
