Our bathrooms, 9 single rooms - 3 with French beds - and some of our double rooms were refurbished in December 2006. 8 of our 13 double rooms have double beds, 5 have twin beds. We also have 4 triple rooms with a double and a single bed. |

Near the hotel you will find: Recreation area ‚Hemelinger Marsch’, water sports club ‘Hemelingen’, - riding club ‘Schimmelhof’, biggest discotheque of Bremen ‘Aladin Music Hall’ and Weserpark with wellness & sauna area ‘OASE’ and 120 000 m² shopping area All large companies and industrial concerns (Daimler Chrysler, Atlas Elektrotechnik, Rheinmetall Defense Electronics, Coca Cola, Könecke etc.) in Bremen-Hemelingen can be attained in maximally 30 minutes by foot from our hotel. |

By car: - Intersection (A1) ‚Bremer Kreuz’ towards Osnabrueck, exit the motorway at ‘Bremen-Hemelingen’. - Coming from Osnabrueck also take the exit ‘Bremen-Hemelingen’. - Go on towards city centre, at the first exit turn right (Arbergen or Sebaldsbrueck). - Turn right again (towards Galopprennbahn) and then through the underbridge. - At the next traffic lights turn left into Schlengstrasse, pass the fuelling station Shell - In the roundabout take the 3rd street (Brueggeweg). - After 200 metres you will find the Hansahof on the right hand side. From the main station: - Take the tram line 10 towards Sebaldsbrueck. - Leave the tram at stop Segelsbrueck and turn right into the Brueggeweg (over the bridge). - After approx. 600 metres you will find the Hansahof on the left hand side. or - Take the tram line 10 till stop Foehrenstrasse and then change to bus line 40/41. - Get off at the stop Christernstrasse, go further on this street and at the next crossing turn right into Brueggeweg - After 100 metres you will find the Hansahof on the left hand side. |

From Monday to Friday our reception is open 06:30 until 22:00. Weekends and public holidays, reception is open between 08:00 and 20:00. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
