Please note, that the apartments have no reception area. Check-in and key collection takes place at the Hotel Pension Rheingold (Xantener Straße 9, 4th floor). The Pension Rheingold is close to the apartments. If your planned arrival time is later than 20:00, you should call the hotel in advance to arrange a specific check-in/key collection time. Contact information will be supplied in your confirmation e-mail. There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 15. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
