We recommend you as follows: gliding and ever-changing cultural events (concerts, theatre, exhibitions, etc.) The surrounding area offers much which is worth seeing, such as the stops along the Fairy-tale Route which passes through the region (The Pied Piper of Hamelin, Baron Münchhausen, Mother Hulda, Rapunzel etc.). The “Oranien route” similarly runs across Bad Pyrmont. Visits to the many castles, museums, the moated castle of Hämelschenburg and the Hermannsdenkmal (Hermann monument) will all enrich your stay. |

By car: From Hanover- Exhibition Centre: Take the high-speed motorway B 6 / B 65 / B 217 in the direction of Hameln / Bad Pyrmont. From the Ruhr district: A 44 Dortmund-Kassel, Exit Warburg, towards Lemgo, Schieder, Bad Pyrmont. From Paderborn: B1 Bad Pyrmont. By train: Pass through Hanover and Hameln to reach Bad Pyrmont. Once in Bad Pyrmont: from the information centre (Südstraße / Mercedes car retailers) go in the opposite direction to the health resort, through Untere Hauptalle, Kirchstraße, Kaiserplatz and then turn right into Bathildisstraße, opposite the post office. Proceed into Kronenweg until you reach the Hotel Zur Krone. |
