All flats are lovely furnished and suitable for 1 to 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer (in the big flat), fridge, kettle, oven, cooker, toaster, coffee maker and dishes. |

A bakery is directly next to our house, a super market only 300m away. In close surroundings of the apartments there are a lot of budget restaurants, internet cafés and various shops. |

All our apartments are located near the Underground U9. 3 - 9 minutes from Zoologischer Garten. The directon to the apartment will be sent by us in separrate conformation. |

Situated in various locations in western Berlin, the individual House Berlin Apartments provide a central base for up to 5 guests wishing to explore the capital’s sights. Many attractions lie within walking distance, such as the renowned shopping boulevard Kurfürstendamm, the Gedächtniskirche (Memorial Church) and the zoo. Excellent rail and bus links connect you to further landmarks in no time. These spacious, non-smoking apartments provide independent travellers with an attractive alternative to hotel accommodation. Free public parking can be found nearby, together with various shops, restaurants and theatres. |

Cash only on arrival. Check-in is always at the address of the booked apartment between 14:00 and 21:30. Other times are possible by arrangement (for arrivals after 21:30, there will be an extra charge of EUR 20). Check-in before 14:00 is only possible if the previous client has departed before 11:00. As we do not have a 24-hour reception, we kindly ask that guests call our duty mobile number at least an hour before arrival, so we can arrange to meet them at the apartment. The end cleaning charge (EUR 20) is not included in the total price. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free Public parking is possible at a location nearby. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
