Our historic, traditional guest house is centrally located in Bernau at the beautiful lake Chiemsee. The Bavarian Sea became famous by the castle Herrenchiemsee of Ludwig II. on the island Herreninsel and by the Benedictine abbey Frauenwoerth on the island Fraueninsel. In our 3 cosy restaurants and the large beergarden we will spoil you with regional and national dished as well as specialties out of our own butchery. Bicycle, hiking and walking trails start directly in front of the house. Cross-country skiing runs are only 500 meters away. Our own park site with lawn and walking trails invites to relaxing hours. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.50 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
