Since December 2004, we have new our Spa and Well-being Alpine Refugium with services such as mountain flower steam-bath, sauna Walliser Stube, Private Spa, outdoor Athrium, cosmetic treatments with Edelweiss products - nature base and SWISS GETAL “Cell Care”, massages and peelings, treatments for couples and as a highlight; the hot-stone herb bath. We recommend you make your appointments for treatments and massages before arrival. |

The rooms have an Alpine ambiance and are spacious and comfortable with wood furniture. All rooms and bathrooms in the main building Mirabeau were newly renovated in Spring 2007. | |

This idyllic mountain village at the foot of the Matterhorn has developed into one of the biggest summer and winter resorts. There are no motorised vehicles in Zermatt. Besides electrically-powered cars and bicycles, the only form of transport allowed is horse-drawn sleighs and carriages. You will find the best conditions here for a restful and relaxing holiday. |

Arrival by train There are direct train connections in Brig and Visp to the modern narrow-gauge Matterhorn Gotthard railway, which arrives in Zermatt after a 90-minute journey through the romantic, rugged Vispa Valley. Please let us know your arrival time and our porter will pick you up with his electric car at the train station of Zermatt. Arrival by car The coordinates of Zermatt/Täsch: 46° 4 n. Br. - 7° 45 ö. L.. From Täsch starts the car free area, you have two possiblities: Possibility I You park your car at Parking (indoor and outdoor parking places) and the taxi driver of this garage will bring you to Zermatt village entrance, where our porter will collect you with the electric car. Possibility II Park your car at the public parking facility (outdoor parking places only) and take the shuttle train to Zermatt. Phone us from Zermatt station (from the hotel information board, free of charge) and our porter will be delighted to collect you by electric car from Zermatt station. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
