Many sights are evidents of more than 1200 years of history. The ancient Old Town is in walking distance and offers the ideal possibility for a walk, the visit of interesting museums or long shopping tours. The castle build in 1767 takes you back to the amazing baroque period and into the romantik atmoshere at the lake Aasee. Our hotel is nearby: cathedral, Lamberti church, town hall, town museum, Kiepenkerl monument, market place and promenade. In 1 till 3 km distance there are: the lake Aasee, open air museum Mühlenhof, a small zoo, museum of natural history with planetarium, castle with palace garden and castle Hülshoff. |

From the north: A1 till exit MS Nord. B54 to city centre (Steinfurter Str.). Pass the ARAL gas station at your left hand side. After 50m turn left to Munzstr. Follow the street for 1.5 km till you reach the traffic light crossing. Turn right there into Eisenbahnstr. From the south: A1/A43, exit Munster/Sud. You enter the street Weseler strasse in direction city centre. After 3 km turn left to Moltkestr. In the roundabout take the 2nd exit to Hafenstrasse. At the 2nd crossing turn left to Von-Steuben-Strasse, pass the main station and 20 after the next traffic light crossing turn right to Friedrichstr. Parking are after 100m on your left hand side. |

Being the only town hotel in Münster, the Mauritzhof is situated on the car-free Promenade, the strip of green land which surrounds the old town. The University, Cathedral, Theatre, banks and attractive streets of shops are only a few minutes away on foot. We are about 350 metres from the main railway station and about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
