The double rooms, at a size of 25 square metres, are newly furnished and have a shower. The three bed rooms, at a size of 33 - 39 square metres, are also newly furnished with an additional sofa bed and a bath. As we have seperable beds, the rooms can be booked as single or double rooms. The suites with double beds and a cosy sitting area have a spacious balcony, a bathroom with whirlpool and a seperate shower. We have predominantly non-smoking rooms. |

Our 23 rooms and 5 suites are all modern, cosy and tastefully furnished and offer all comfort for our guests. Selected rooms with a balcony have a wonderful view over Ueberlinger Lake. A rich breakfast is inclusive in the room rate, half board can be booked additionally. A conference room as well as a parking garage are available. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
