The main attraction for gourmets is the “Dieter Mueller” restaurant in which the 3-star chef personally prepares international meals that are rich in flavour and yet light as a feather. Ever since years Dieter Mueller is one of the famous chefs in Europe and his awarded kitchen is well-known all over the borders of Bergisch Gladbach. Lunch: 12pm until 2pm Dinner: 7pm until 10pm Days off: Sunday & Monday A seat reservation is required and cannot be guaranteed without consultation with the hotel. The Brasserie offers a French cuisine and a view of the fairy-tale park. During the summer months its sunlit conservatory is opened up on to the terrace, where guests can take their meals outdoors.
