Pontresina is located in the highest-altitude valley that branches off from the Upper Engadine. It is a sunny place, protected from the winds, and lies on a slope opening towards the southwest. Pontresina is a typical Engadine village. It is embedded in dense woods of larch and stone pine trees. Pontresina is 1777 metres to 1860 metres above sea level. While Pontresina is a trendy and open-minded place, it continues to maintain its tradition and cultural roots. Theres a choice of beautiful old Engadine houses, exciting pubs and restaurants, as well as interesting cultural events. |

By Car: Pontresina is located in the Upper Engadine, in the middle of the triangle formed by Zurich, Milan and Munich. You can easily reach your holiday destination using the the good road networks. By Public Transport: You travel as far as Chur with the SBB (Schweizerischen Bundesbahn – Swiss National Railways). From Chur you continue on the fast, modern trains of the RhB (Rhätische Bahn). To make your journey by train more comfortable, make use of the Fly-Rail-Baggage service. The journey from Zürich to Pontresina takes about 3.5 hours. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 4 to 12 years is charged CHF 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 13 to 15 years is charged CHF 60.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged CHF 85.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
