Our conference rooms live up to modern standards and offer a high level of comfort for your meetings and seminars. We provide 2 seminar rooms, each able to accommodate 15 people. Both are fitted with standard equipment, such as flip chart, screen, pinboard and overhead projector. On request we will gladly provide you with any further equipment you might need. |

Each of our 30 single and 15 double rooms is fitted with its own bathroom with shower and WC. In the near future we will also be installing broadband internet access in the guest rooms. In our lobby you can currently go online via WLAN, while access in the guest rooms is possible via a normal network card. |

The city of Fulda was established in 744 AD by Saint Sturm, a disciple of Saint Boniface. The city is located by the river of the same name, is the main centre of the region of Osthessen and the 9th largest city in Hessen. In addition, Fulda is a university city, a Baroque city and a bishopric (within the diocese of the same name). Today the city is home to approximately 65,000 inhabitants, with a further 35,000 living in the greater area of the city. The citys surroundings have a lot to offer. The Rhön Mountains, one of Germanys most beautiful low mountain ranges, invite you to go hiking, cycling, sailing and paragliding, or skiing in the winter. The castle Fasanerie in Eichenzell (10 kilometres from Fulda) is definitely worth a visit. Through its ideal location in the centre of Germany, the city is easily and quickly accessible from all directions. Our hotel is just 10 minutes away from Fuldas ICE railway station, from the A7 motorway (Kassel-Würzburg ) and from the A66 motorway to Frankfurt/Main. |

Arriving via the A7 motorway and exiting at Fulda Nord: - Turn onto the B 27 towards Fulda, until you reach the exit Leipziger Straße/Stadtmitte“ - Continue straight ahead towards the city centre (Stadtmitte) on Leipziger Straße (beware of speed traps!) until you pass beneath 2 railway tracks - Continue straight ahead until you see a sign saying 150 m bitte einordnen“ (please get in lane), where you should take the left-hand lane - Follow the sign P – Dom – Schloss –Stadtmitte“, drive through the Paulustor gates and get in the right-hand lane so that you can turn right into Johannes- Dyba-Allee“ at the next traffic lights (having passed the cathedral) - At the next traffic lights turn left into the road Abtstor“, and then take an immediate right into the road Am Hopfengarten“ - At the next junction, ignore the Sackgassenschild“ (dead-end sign) and turn right into the road Am alten Schlachthof“, and follow the road to its end - You will find our hotel on the left-hand side Arriving via the A7 motorway and exiting at Fulda Süd: - Take the A66/B40/B27 from Frankfurt and follow the signs to the B27 - Continue on the B27 until the exit B 254 – Alsfeld, Stadtmitte Fulda/ Frankfurter Straße“. At the roundabout follow the signs for B 254 – Alsfeld, Stadtmitte Fulda/ Frankfurter Straße“ - Continue straight ahead on Frankfurter Straße (B 254) for approx. 2.8 km (beware of speed traps) until the B 254 turns left by a large cinema complex. Turn left here and then get in the right-hand lane, immediately turning right in the direction of IT-Zentrum“ - You are now on the road Am Rosengarten“, which you should follow straight ahead until you reach the turn-off where you have right of way - Continue straight ahead, ignoring the Sackgassenschild“ (dead-end sign) and follow the road to its end - You will find our hotel on the left-hand side Arriving via the A5 motorway and exiting at Alsfeld Ost: - Follow the signs to the B254 in the direction of Lauterbach/Fulda“ - Take the B254 towards Fulda, and once in Fulda follow the B254 towards Frankfurt/ Bad Brückenau“ - When the B254 curves to the left, take the left-hand lane, and at the next junction take the left lane towards IT-Zentrum“ - Turn left into the road Am Rosengarten“, and continue straight ahead until you reach the turn-off where you have right of way - Continue straight ahead, ignoring the Sackgassenschild“ (dead-end sign) and follow the road to its end - You will find our hotel on the left-hand side |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
