The hotel and restaurant were originally built in 1909 as a business and residence building with shops and apartments. In 1929, a newly founded cooperative responsible for municipal parlors and houses purchased the whole realty, converted it and named it Orelli house - after the founder of the Zurich Womens Club, Dr. h.c. Susanna Orelli (1845 - 1939) who had laid the cornerstone for this successful enterprise. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged CHF 0.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 75.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
