The wooden beams beneath the roof originate from the old building constructed in 1682. Our restaurant opens at 18:00; Sundays and Mondays are days of rest. After several years of training and travelling, our head chef Volker Kasteel has developed a completely individual style of cooking: New German cuisine with French and Mediterranean nuances.
