The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only) - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore South Korea and Malaysia. If you are NOT a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival. This hotel can NOT arrange a visa for you. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AED 70.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 175.00 per night and person for extra beds.
