We offer 38 rooms on 3 levels. All rooms are en suite and equipped with all common facilities. All rooms are non smoking rooms. Double room old building: Equipped with two single beds or 1 double bed. Suitable for 2 persons. 1 extra bed possible on request. Double room new building (built 2006): Offers two single beds and features large windows and a wonderful view of the village. Suitable for 2 persons. 1 cot possible on request. Family room new building (built in 2006): Equipped with two single beds and couch. Suitable for 2 persons, 2 additional persons can be accommodated on the couch. Single room: either located in the new building with one bed or in the old building with grandlit. |

In all dining rooms smoking is forbidden. Our varied kitchen offers local specialities(cheese-specialities/Roestis-fried shredded potatoes/local lamb), Italian dishes and international cuisine. The wine-list offers a large selection of local and Italian wines. There is also a special childrens menu and high chairs are available. |

Blatten is located on the foot of the 23 km long Aletsch glacier, the longest glacier of Europe. It is the ideal base for skiing, hiking and exploring the Unesco world heritage mountains Jungfrau/Aletsch/Bietschhorn or go on a ride on the glacier express. Zermatt, Chamonix, Montreux and Stresa are ideal destinations for day trips. | |

The Valais is situated in the south of Switzerland and borders on Italy and France. From Brig, the centre of the German-speaking upper part of the Valais, over Naters, its only 8 km (approximately 15 minutes) until Blatten. Public transport: Post office motor-buses connect Blatten with the train station in Brig (every hour between 07:00-19:00). The post office bus-stop in Blatten is situated directly in front of the hotel. |

This newly renovated hotel is located in Blatten-Belalp at Naters/Brig dates back to the pioneer’s time. It is situated directly beside the cable railway and offers its own parking. Close by is the bus-stop to Blatten and the valley station of the Blatten Belalp with its aerial cable-way which connects to the ski and hiking areas on the beautiful Belalp. The hotel offers well equipped rooms which are comfortable and modern in design. The hotel also has a Wellness area with Sauna, dampfbad, experience showers, Whirlpool (extra charge fee) and couch with a relaxing space that boasts a beautiful view of the old Walliser village, Blatten. Guests have free admission to the Wellness area. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
