Our holiday apartments are situated in two different locations: Holiday Apartment 1 - Austraße 38, Flat 1: This apartment is 42m² in size and is located just a short walk from the entrance to the Europa-Park theme park. It is located on the first floor of a modern building. The 30m² living room/bedroom is equipped with a kitchenette and a balcony. Holiday Apartment 2 - Austraße 38, Flat 2: This apartment is 56.29m² in size and comprises bedroom with double bed and a living room/bedroom. It is suitable for 2 - 6 persons and features a large covered balcony overlooking the River Elz and the old town hall. |

Europa-Park Rust is Germanys largest leisure park. Home to Europes tallest roller coaster, it offers over 100 attractions and shows. Nearby you find Taubergießen, one of the largest conservation areas in the state of Baden-Württemberg. It is inhabited by numerous endangered species of animal and plant. |

Once in Rust, follow the signs to Europa-Park. Travel across the brook Elz and turn right to enter Austraße. You will find our modern holiday apartment at number 38. Please ring the bell marked Bernhard Rein. |

These holiday apartments are located in a quiet residential area in Rust, just 300 metres from the entrance to the Europa Park, and can be accessed with ease via the A5 motorway and the B3. As well as Germanys largest leisure park, the apartments are also close to a wine-growing region, France (6 km) and the Black Forest (5 km). |

We ask all guests to clean and dry all kitchen utensils before departure. If an additional cleaning by the personnel is necessary, the required time is subject to a surcharge. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
