This carefully renovated, listed building was constructed in 1342. It is located directly in the citys pedestrian zone, at the foot of Hohensalzburg Fortress. Garages and parking lots are available near the hotel. Altstadthotel Kasererbräu is only a few minutes walk away from all famous historical sights such as the cathedral, the Residence Square with its fountain, Mozarts birthplace and St. Peters Monastery. You will also find many traditional Austrian restaurants in the old town, not more than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
