The hotel features 7 conference rooms, capable of accommodating up to 400 people. The charming and unique baroque parlour dates from 1883. All the conference rooms are equipped with thoroughly modern technology. Another highlight of the hotel is the new Europe tunnel, which links the hotel lobby to the car park and the train station. The hotel is located in the heart of Innsbruck. Both the citys attractions and shopping centres can be easily reached on foot; everything is within 15 minutes walking distance of the hotel. The ski bus stop is located in front of the hotel door, allowing you to explore the mountains just as conveniently as you can the city. Using the new Nordkettenbahn, it is possible to travel to 2256 metres above sea level in just 25 minutes from the city centre. Innsbruck offers everything from classical music to punk concerts as well as a wealth of museums. |

New Highway exit from east and west on the A12: - Take exit Innsbruck Mitte, and exit in the roundabout direction Innsbruck Zentrum (you see the football stadium then on your left). - Keep straight till the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit where the ice stadium will be on your left. - Keep straight over the bridge and keep right. - After the bridge, immediately turn right and keep straight, a BP petrol station will be on your right, keep going straight and you will arrive at the train station. - The Hotel Europa Tyrol is the last house on the left hand side, yellow. To enter the car park: - After the BP petrol station keep straight and at the second set of lights keep right and turn immediately after the traffic light into the parking on your right hand side underneath the very modern black building. - In the garage follow the yellow signs to the hotel and enter the hotel through the Europa Tunnel. |

Please note: Soon the Grand Hotel Europa will be closing certain sections in order to let the hotel shine in new splendour by end of May. During the renovation, we will attempt to keep the noise down and we will do everything in our power to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. For you as our guest, we will provide a free upgrade onto our higher floors and, if available, also to the higher room categories. In addition, the Grand Hotel Europa is very pleased to provide a complimentary welcome drink on your arrival. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 65.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 14.30 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request.
